Each player has a board of 12 face-down cards. Lowest overall score wins.
Setup Phase: Everyone reveals exactly 2 cards from their board. The highest total sum starts the game.
Turn Phase: Take the top card from the Deck (unveiled) OR the top card of the Discard pile.
If you took from the Deck, you can swap it with any card on your board (revealing it), or discard it and flip a face-down board card.
Eliminate Columns (Triplets): Line up 3 identical numbers in a column, and the entire column gets cleared (0 points!).
End of Round: Once any player reveals all 12 cards, every other player gets one final turn. If the player who ended the round does not have the strictly lowest round score, their score doubles!
